As UTC standard, we got the information of typhoon Tembin from creation date 1200UTC 18 AUG 2012 to extinction date 1800UTC 31 AUG 2012, which is from Global Data Assimilation System(GDAS). Then started modeling based on the information.
  In addition, we set the grid from the north latitude 15° to 41°, the east longitude 116° to 147°, which can cover the whole track of typhoon Tembin.
